En Cuisine Avec CoCo

This is a Cameroonian lady's kitchen via a page on Facebook. I cannot stress visiting her page enough. She has meals from every corner of the Cameroon heritage; i saw some things on there for my first time. I'll have some in a heart beat and some.. well not really. Please check it out though, you wont be disappointed. Here are a few pics from her page

Typical African party plate

Oyinda cooks really well, she made the rice. The yellow rice is fried rice and the orange rice is jollof rice. There's puff puff & fried chicken. My plate is a little scanty but i just wanted to showcase what a typical party plate looks like back home. I might be missing some things, if i do come up with another picture from somewhere, i would put it up.
