Salmon, shrimp rice and veggies.

***The salmon : I spiced them, browned them and stuck them in the oven.
The sauce on it: Its like a béchamel sauce without cheese. It has finely ground onions, mushrooms, milk, salt and pepper and of course white wine(divine) :)
***The rice: Almost like a risotto, there was shrimp, mushrooms(finely chopped) and the usual for friend rice. :) (i am lazy and tired from typing; i had a long day :( )
***The Veggies: I actually learned this from my friend Mona, you steam your veggies and then you put lemon, olive oil and fresh garlic. I added some black pepper... lemon is good with sea food, so i figured this veggie style matched the recipe for the day.
Also --- i did have a friend over...dang i wasn't gonna eat alone! lol :)

Back by popular Demand
..Its been a while...i know.

I cut up the plantains so they could boil faster..no other reason..lol
small chicken sauce...asparagus(well cooked) i cant do the half done stuff...when it comes to veggies..its either good or i won't have any!


A lot has happened and is stilll happening in my life..as usual...people say i am constantly busy..lmao! Well.. i am eating well, but keeping it healthy.
** Boiling instead of frying,
** combination portions instead of huge and plain
** olive oil instead of the usual alternative
** Veggies and lots of water(or somth like wine) lol ... :)




after a line up of exams...i needed a good meal... <3
