My own traditional dish, eaten incompletely. lol
Well i was craving Achu and so i made some. Everything taste great
but i missed having vegetable and fish on the side :)
Although Goat meat did the job quit alright (shameless Bamenda woman! hahah)

Hey Jeti!! Glad you are a visitor! to put up the recipe i need to take pics of the spices and the kind of yam which is used. I will do that as soon as i go to an African store. :) lol the spices have all these names, if you don't know what they look like the recipe won't help. Biz!
