The weekend came again. I love tapé tapé(i believe thats how these plantains are called) I prefer half ripe plantains. LOL; weird but true. I`ll actually post how to make this. The unfortunate thing is i used a particular fish spice which is a mixture of spices from back home(hence the brownish shade of the onions n fish, the good news is: u can replace my spice with ginger and garlic or just njangsang)

Fufu $ Njama Njama (Huckleberry) & Steak Strips.

-There is no Huckleberry here in Canada. Or at least i haven't found it yet. I have news though, Kale greens tastes exactly the same, and cook it exactly like you would your Njama*2.
-Also, i hate making fufu corn, so i just settled for kotoko. let a girl be lazy sometimes, and btw we don't have that here either. lol
-Back home there is always a side with these two,and i had some fresh steak so i tossed it in some spices and set to the side.

Les Camerounaise ne vit pas sans le pain.


I was in such a rush to work. In the bid to avoid ordering lunch at work, i wanted to eat something i could make really quick. So here is minced beef  and huge carrot slices; paired with 3 slices of slightly toasted whole wheat bread (i would have loved baguette instead). BTW: i will learn how to bake baguette before the summer is over. When school starts, cooking really slows down for me.
